The 50% is due to the spread between Bid & Ask.
This pricing is weird and I cannot see how it would encourage any new investors to buy in. The spread says that if I bought shares today, I would immediately lose 33% if I were to sell. It can only attract investors who believe in the project and want to be in it for the long haul.
