MC, maybe you have something there. I found this site which could have started a InHouse discussion at The City Office and in turn they tried to make contact with GDGI directly using old info. which would explain them thinking they were no longer in business.

This is one of many sites that could have given birth to the idea.
I think if this moves forward it could spread like wild fire. I have people down there and in some areas you can't tell when you leave on city and enter another.I have a cousin in Code Enforcement and I know they communicate across lines to maintain standards.
