L&R Distributors Closes Deal to Acquire Walgreens HBC recent Buy:

Reading this Article may lead a investor to conclude that Walgreens or L&R had announced this SALE back in 2012.

I had not seen or read about this announcement back then, perhaps I missed this... How about you???

HBC are a cash flow business that does not include a contract to sell these product offering.
What a HBC Wholesaler does face is lagging Cash flow and interest payment costs.. does A/B have a big position in this type of business. I'm a bit confused:((( Could someone explain this one to me...
Looks like the Market Makers are liking the raising in Cash
holding, but is this enough to enter the 2 step dance??
