"A decision on the Gen-3 program is projected in the fall of 2013"

That was posted on Feb. 8, 2013 and is the latest update from DHS on their timetable for awarding the contract for production and deployment of BioWatch Gen-3. Other government agencies have tried to slow down the process but DHS is moving ahead with the program.
