There has been a noticeably different strategy for this company as of the past few months. Looks like they really took the time to develop a plan and are now in the beginning stages of executing it. Look at the last PRs. EXTO is acquiring many different properties in locations around the U.S. They are not making any false claims or diluting shares. If you are on this board screaming scam and other things that just doesn't make sense..
