Well, look at it this way.

We could have dilution, a $0.20 stock and a company that still has tremendous potential OR we could have a company that is is out of business and trades at $0.00000001.

There are no other choices at this point so we gotta take the hit. Don't be surprised if this isn't the last financing either. Costs a lot of money to introduce a national product (inventory, advertising, etc.).
