IMO extending the contract is the #1 sticking point in the settlement negotiations. CIRC absolutely wants to keep growing the business and selling PED. If Playboy doesn't want to extend a new contract then the damages/settlement should be far greater -- basically because they put CIRC out if business. CIRC certainly doesn't want that so they are going to fight tooth and nail to get a new deal in place. Otherwise Playboy better be willing to pay 10s of millions in damages, IMO.
