Speaking of ballast, it's been interesting here in Seward, AK the last few days as Shell's rig, the Noble Discoverer was loaded onto a heavy lift ship for it's trip to Asia for repairs. When the heavy lift came up out of the water, that was a ballast blow of Alaskan proportions! lol
