Have you ever heard of a Gantt chart? I guess not!

The traditional meaning of a numerical sequence in "stages"... is that one comes before two, and two comes before three...

A very common meaning of a numerical sequence both in science and industry and in business management is that stage two STARTS after the START of stage one and stage two STARTS before the START of stage three.

You have claimed the mantle of an expert manager, at least you seem to feel yourself qualified to criticise the style and competence of a multi-million dollar company CEO, yet you seem unfamiliar with one of the most basic tools of project and corporate management!

From Wikipedia:

A Gantt chart is a type of bar chart, developed by Henry Gantt in the 1910s, that illustrates a project schedule. Gantt charts illustrate the start and finish dates of the terminal elements and summary elements of a project. Terminal elements and summary elements comprise the work breakdown structure of the project.
