The following from YMB...

On February 28, 2013, in the class action filed in New York, the District Court issued a 73 page decision in which the court denied motions to dismiss by China Mediaexpress and Deloitte Touche Tomatsu (the Hong Kong entity), allowing the suit to proceed against them. The court granted motions to dismiss by Deloitte LLP (the U.S. entity), Deloitte Touche Tomatsu Limited (a U.K. entity), and A.J. Robbins (a Colorado based auditor), effectively ending the suit against these entities (subject to appeal).
