Ha Ha Pay Day for all the bag-holders to-day. NOW Ken will have to report his BVIG divi right away because he is an Insider. Let's see if he does it in time. And at the same time another Insider ( KATX ) will have to report as well, - its divestiture of all those shares. Pretty soon we can make some sense out of all this hidden share data.
