I guess it means that you can buy shares for 20% more than you pay and that the rest is a loan from Nordnet. That is the only meaning I can see. I think Nordnet evaluates each stock and that the percentage varies from stock to stock. The implication seems to me that there in no credit if the stock is listed in the US and not Sweden.
