All this talk about dilution is pathetic.What if this company had an O/S shares of 500 mill right now with no A/S? People would be diving in because of such a wonderful share structure.Remember there is only common stock in this company and whatever Ben does to shareholders he is doing to himself as well.If he needs to sell some shares some day to fund a multi-million dollar project I think I could live with that.I been in companies that diluted ruthlessly for their own gain and the stock still went up. GO GDGI!!!!!!!!!
