It stands to reason that many suitors were turned away during the due diligence period that has just ended.


We didn't renew the DD period exactly because of a better offer. Not necessarily a better financial offer, but an offerer that seems more capable of following through and not playing games shipping rocks all over hell's acre.

Simply put: "It's time to perform, or we find someone who can."

The door is open now and with more stuff (data) inside.
