For one it will take time for the news to hit. Everyone is not sitting at their computers or phones looking for SNDY news. Those who are either are fully invested or waiting to see how this system out. Other than that I have no idea, but to crush any other thoughts the price is being kept down for some trying to reload. Being dilution or dumping! Any of these are far speculation and not the truth. Fact is I do not know for sure only guess...,
