My whining is based on factual information, i.e. continuous decline in SP, dilution of stock, no information from CD as to why the 43-101 that was due in Nov., Dec, Jan., Feb. and now March is still not released with no explanation. I'm not asking for insider information...I would just like for CD to fulfil his FIDUCIARY DUTY to we shareholders.
