Clearly you know what you are talking about, you don't even know when the share moratorium ends.

And just because they can start selling share doesn't mean they will. If that's all they were interested in there wouldn't have been a share moratorium in the first place, and GDGI would be PR'ing useless fluff to pump the price like just about every other pink sheet stock.
