So this stock opened at 9 cents for 7000 shares. Then, one minute later someone had his order filled for 100 share at 5 cents--and that is where we are at this moment.

Looks like the standing order that Very had placed 2 months ago got filled for that 100 shares at 5cents. LOL<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
