Filings? HA! From what I'm hearing((opinion alert)), the owner of this other S.TX lease won't even call Volk back! That's why he can't/won't list the name of the lease on the website, Volk can't leagally mention it because there is no deal in place. DBAR has been a joke! Even if he did close on it there is no money to develop it. He'd need cash to close it, owners won't take stock. Developers won't take shares either and to get the money Volk would have to go back to Asher or Ironbridge = MORE TOXIC DILUTION!

The O/S is rapidly creeping up and most lenders will start getting cautious about a looming R/S. Maybe they'd lend the money after another R/S when the price goes back to .005!
