Do not be upset...
I was watching KGN briefly like many others probably did...
By "messy" I did not mean any books disorder but just the fact, that in the time when gold goes down is probable, that merger of two vital companies are not easy to read on the first look and untill the time when first mutual fillings will be issued most probably the buyers stay away.
Price of gold will not force them to study all the data about the merger and correlation of current PPS to it.

On the other hand that would mean great advantage and buying opportunity for those who study all those documents and see them positive.
