The oil asset was mistakenly put on their Edgar filings by their Edgar agent, I spoke with their guy there.....the SEC knows it was an honest mistake by the agent not the company. Either way it's quite relevant. As far as the BOD is concerned, what I was told is that Mr Radcliffe did in fact join the Board, in an Advisory role, because he is considered an insider an affiliate. The shares size of his holdings make him an insider, an o advisory board member. Until the 8k comes out promoting him to the Executive Board, he is an affiliate Advisory Board member.......a simple technicality. I called Gary directly and that's what he told me, so that answers those questions.
