Anyone have "Millstein's Plan"

Brandemarcus keeps mentioning it, and I know it's around somewhere.

Was he going with a merger of FnF?

Brand - I agree. Once govt. is paid back the sr. pfd money, they will necessarily have to cancel it. There won't be a liability, and would they then conjure up a new "wait a minute, we want more interest on the interest?"

The all-income plan will mean that 'some day' (if things do not change) jr. pfd. will get paid... 3.2B shares would / could mean there would be a $1 per share earnings to share, along with the jr.pfds restoration.

If that happens, FnF could be a $10 stock and about 30x what they are now.

I still like the OUR chances of making 25x better. If pfds. double to say $4 for 25s and $8 for 50s (a 12.5x return) and common is still 30 or 35 cents, the common might get some of my money.

Best
