That was part of the original complaint. The accounting TREATMENT of media credits + acquisitions. The "treatment" was the use of shell accounting, a technicality because JBII wasn't a shell due to the tape business acquisition less than 2 months prior.

Whoopty doo. No wonder the case was a $100k joke instead of the "millions and millions in disgorgement plus penaltities and interest" nonsense.
