1) take screen grab
2) go to ihub settings
3) select 'my pictures'
4) select 'browse' and find screen grab on computer and click it
5) select 'upload'
6) copy 'direct link' of uploaded image
7) paste 'direct link' of image into copy of message
8) select all of 'direct link'
9) select 'image' on left hand side of message writing thing
10) select submit post
