So far this year, a trading strategy has looked like the best option (to me, anyway), although lately the volume has dropped off so much that it is becoming difficult. It is just a strategy (one of many) to be used when conditions warrant. Nothing manipulative or sneaky about it. And of course no guarantee it will work.

It is possible that the latest PR will cause conditions to change, but I don't think so. Not yet. I could be wrong. Mid second quarter or so is where I think the big gains will start to pop, and lots of catalysts are then possible through year-end.

It seems there are some here (and elsewhere) that have a pretty good record of calling the tops and bottoms, even if sometimes the analysis sounds cynical or self-serving. Watching them can save anyone significant $.
