Red, actually somewhere in one of the PRs or quarterly reports the word HANDFUL was used--but I believe that was intended for the Yunnan region. Therefore, since there are about 26 regions in China it must be expected that there would be a minimum of ONE license per region.

I would estimate that probably there are 100 of these special licences in place for the entire country of 1.2 billion people--that is not so bad!! And my feeling is also that none of the 6 companies purchased by Cardinal has a license similar to First China. Only someonr like Wang would be in a position to tell us if the companies that Cardinal purchased have this type of licence--and of course, we all know that Wang is keeping all this information to himself to be released at the appropriate moment.
