1.So we have 10 mil preferred shares witch was added to authorized shares. No issues with this at all.

2. Close to 500 mil shares have decreased from the shares Outstanding witch is a good thing.

3. Restricted shares decreased around 500 mil shares as well but has not been dumped onto the share holders. Good sign right there

4. Float is 1,500,000,000- float has been getting bought up at these low levels. Means the higher we move the thiner it is.
