Not necessarily, it just is what it is.... The amount at that level that they can sell at a given price. The rationale behind which is that the volume and market cap will support such sales without detrimental effect the SP. However I agree with Dolphin in that at this time, any selling from within can only hurt shareholders until we receive these money's and have them in coffer. Until then, what the company has is just that with no influx of cash.
