Sequestration is another reason why INCY insiders exercised their options and decided to eliminate the risk of holding the shares.



Oh come on now.

The stock has had a run based on good fundamentals, and the rest of the year will be largely uneventful on the clinical trial front.

They sold because they want the money at this opportune time.
