In response to Abig's post, I believe Bret is thoroughly aware of the market NNLX is entering. This is precisely why he chose rapid diagnostics and novel packaging as a method for entering the petri dish market in the first place.
The petri dish market is a very diverse and expanding marketplace, and I think Bret's methodology is to provide products that fill very specific unmet needs within that marketplace.
The GBS AST rapid test is the first example of providing a solution for this type of need.
