I agree that an EU filing would provide even more leverage, especially if combined with an FDA approval. I'm not sure what the steps are to file in the EU or whether ATRS could reduce the steps, costs, and review time of an EU filing with an FDA approval in hand. Perhaps a call to Jack after the quiet period would answer this question. How about our Swiss tax attorney - do you have any knowledge in this area?

Furthermore, Loko made much noise about a South American connection. What are the chances ATRS could strike a deal way down south? I'll bet there is a huge RA market down there.
