If it is 1.5 for 1, then the 700 million would turn into 1,050,000,000

Causing the A/S to be 1.1 billion would give the company another 50 million to dilute.

They did this instead of just raising it to 750 million A/S

They were smart so far because shareholders on here seem to love the forward split idea, even though this is only to give them more shares to sell.

Somehow a forward split with more dilution is better than just more dilution.
