This is usually true but I'm not so sure. If what other posts about magna say is true; and it definitely has merit, then they are covering with shares from their convertible notes that are not ones purchased on the open market. It would explain the somewhat strange bidding going on on an intraday level. Nite doesn't seem to be buying and selling in their normal way.

All in all, there are so many institutional players involved I think that all of our assessments are right and "they" have a tiered approach to this endeavor. The shorting of convertible notes may be the precursor to the possible r/s move. Our support and resistance for the last week or so has actually been the exact break even point for a 1-40 and 1-50 reverse split. Being that they have so many shares and some of the other players have bought at a penny they can't just dump them all and dilute to trip zeros. Not only that, insiders bought at .1 in November. This is exhausting.
