This argument is futile. It's all of the above. H8ster is correct and Flaflyersfan has some things correct too. At the end of the day supply and demand drive the price, regardless.
Obviously with EPGL, there has been more demand than supply as it is tightly held. It is fun to see MM's get caught short and EPGL s/p has benefited from this on more than one occasion.
