A Cursory glance at the present and the past of CDEX is enough URP a turkey BUZZARD.

That there are still those trying to urinate on your leg and call it rain should tell one and all everything they need to know about them. That is, IF they value what is in their wallets, much less in their bank accounts.

CANNOT EVEN conjure up a mild PUMP AND DUMP. Even day traders giggle when they look at what CDEX has to offer. WHICH IS NOTHING or less than NOTHING.
