Everything must be put into context. What is the definition of "soon" in the business world, a week, a month, two months or more? What is the definition of "soon" for certain tasks or processes?

"Soon" to outsiders waiting for something to happen probably has a different meaning than it has to someone that has to bring all of the details together to make it happen while considering everything else related and non-related that is going on.

It's pretty obvious that at least a few people here feel "soon" means <= two weeks...

Soon to an astronomer could mean decades, centuries or a millennium.
