I believe the ceo gets his salary from us so a little dilution is ok.

That is not exactly true, retail investors buy the cast off shares of accredited investors. Retail investors just go along for the ride hoping for an increase in price for their investment. It is the accredited investors and financial investors that invest in the company that pay the bills.

Economic Darwinism - the process by which Pink Sheet Stuckholders are relieved of their money and removed from the financial ecosystem, thus insuring that they will never become wealthy enough to cause real damage.
