For common shareholder there is no way of knowing what guy is doing unless he is communicating well and transparent. If he can't answer then he has to assign at least 1 person to do that job. Just saying.. He is "busy" can not be an excuse, it is bad for PPS and bad for shareholder's trust. There are valid reasons why the stock has started going SOUTH.
