also like to point one other aspect out now if the ceo is going hard at this and does do a buy back then thats why we are stalling here cause there trying to hold it back for either a buyback which be smart of course cause this will be the lowest it goes maybe little lower theen jump back but in general this woudl be when he wants to buyback shares to retire. also could be major buyers wanting to get in cause the know of news coming and making sure that it stays low for them to get in. and this wont move without any news it will spike a little before the final court date for people who want to pump and dump but the longs will prevail here as long as there willing to be patient which some arent and dont blame them do what u got to do to make money. but this product people are begging to get and try and will be huge for cirtran once this is all set and done. also i found a website
