hey everyone been here for years now ive dealt with many lawyers and court cases not with this kind of settlement but did ask my laywers about how and why the proceedings are taking so long and told them the aspects about the company and had them read some articles and got them interested in the company and did their own research but their advice to me on the subject is that more than likely in a proceeding like this one is so high profiled and substantial amount of money and other entities that the either the companies are doing the settlment out of court which can take little longer but they said its wiser for the company to let the judge take her or his position on the case playboy lost twice already they are in a settlement court so u should percieve they are coming to a settlement and main thing for the company trying to get another 10 year contract or longer with the product cause seeing all the countries and distributors that are interested its a gold mine to me imop. but if the judge takes the part of doing the settlement she will use every last day to reveiw every last detail so shes not in hot water and will more than likely wait till the date set for her to finalize the situation. and more the time she uses my laywer said is better and 99percent of judges will not rule against 2 others that already favored cirtran and play bev. to much controversy for her so we all think after going over everything all in are opinion that they already started distribute again and are on the way to a settlement. just mite not hear the news till after the last court date like a day or two unless someone goes there cause they keep all these hush hush. if we win and get another 10 years we will be in almost 80 to 100 countries plus rest of the united states which is huge unbelievable potenial like they so to da moon thats where this could be headed very easy. i all my opinion
