After dealing with the Secretary of State I decided to call Frank K.
I felt comfortable enough to call him since we've had a few conversations in the past.
He said Rik could call him for the ACS since he has an unrestricted non-exclusive license. He said Rik knows that. then I asked if he ever heard from Rik and he said no.
Long story short Frank put the offer to buy my open market shares for .03 cents! More than THREE times what Rik is offering.
