Heck, if we have to wait until 2016 to see if PSID gets the final contract, I am going to sit tight and accumulate like a mad man. I believe other technology from PSID will come into play well before then and the issuing of this contract will be the icing on the cake.

Burned by sub-pennies, lessons learned from sub-pennies and my future profits won't be earned from sub-pennies.
