You're presuming there is some emperical truth that we as humans can measure. The universe we live in is interactive. Just the very act of measuring causes the observed to react to the observer. It's a detail I'd like not to get hung up in because we're dealing with our individual perceptions right now aren't we? You may believe in ghosts, but science doesn't acknowledge their existence. So, does believing make them real?....perhaps.
