"Yes, Your Honor, there is an arrest warrant issued for me for criminally harrassing Mr. Wallace. But the VA judge that issued it runs a kangeroo court."

I'm guessing marty will then be taken away with a mandated court ordered psych exam.

Absolutely. We all could use a good laugh. And the temp order was set aside. If the court didn't have the authority to issue a permanent order, they could not have had the authority to issue a temp order. No jurisdiction means no jurisdiction. Too funny.
