My Questions in Black, Responses in Red, My Thoughts in Blue - Obviously, I wanted to ask questions to see if he would answer, which, he could not answer portions of each one LEGALLY.

1.Is your partnership with HoMedics with the Deluxe Pulse Oximeter exclusive, and how long are you contracted in for? I am trying to see, if you were approached by other Vendors, could you expand. I also am wondering if the terms of the partnership can be renegotiated depending on the success of the of the product.

Our partnership with HoMedics is for the Deluxe Pulse Oximeter; this specific model (PX-100) is exclusive to HoMedics since it is sold under the HoMedics brand. HoMedics has a desire to expand the relationship to include additional products under development as stated in our most recent press release. They are also looking to expand distribution to the 60 countries where they currently operate.

Their Patents are not HoMedics specific. The only restirctions they have with HoMedics is that Specific Model, so virtually the same model, with a different look could be branded by someone else in the future. They are also expanding their PRODUCT line with HoMedics, and their DISTRIBUTION NETWORK as well.

2.Do you still have a backlog on product, or has this been addressed?

We operate on a manufacturing lead-time for product so we have backlog orders to fulfill in addition to new orders being issued on a going forward basis.

Not only are they backlogged, they also have new orders to fullfill continuously. Sounds like they are producing some revenues.

3.Is there a month in which you expect the Wellness Bracelet to be commercially available, and who do you currently have as a partner to bring this to market? There are many people that are waiting to invest dependent upon an update on the Wellness Bracelet.

As stated in our filings, we have a partner in the time-piece sector who will be releasing our wellness bracelet to the retail mass-market. As you may know, operating in the retail space requires a gestation period until product reaches the shelves for retail sales to occur. We will be showing this product to retailers shortly.

In the next answere, they state "Product timelines are predicated on suitable funds for development and commercialization." To me, this tells us they have the funds ALREADY for all of the products they have given us timelines on, and those timelines are for them to be IN THE RETAILER. For the TimePiece, it tells us in the filings EARLY 2013. We also know from our own DD, that POLAR Watches are most likely who they landed the deal with.

4. Do you anticipate accelerating any of your other Products in your pipeline to be commercially available in 2013?

Product timelines are predicated on suitable funds for development and commercialization.

Again, this tells us that they are ready to go with thier 4 products based on the timelines they have given us, and it includes time for getting it to Market.
