Well, You can trade this with TD Ameritrade and according to the rep there is no DTC Chill or anything restrictive

Just so much volume yesterday. That was the big boys. Fridays are sometimes very very very slow if no news out.

Everyone is simply holding there shares and waiting until the next News most likely MON-WED next week.
