First off, all products from Dixie are not legal in all 50 states.

You are confusing dixie botanicals with dixie elixirs.

Dixie botanicals is made from hemp, only a small legal amount of thc is in it under .03% i believe.

Dixie elixirs is mostly thc.

They have two different websites, the botanical side all 50 states can order from. The elixirs side you have to be a registered medical marijuana patient or prescriber to order from.


It is still a positive that botanicals can sell to all 50 states, as it is a source of additional income.

So thats why the Holder's decision bears so much weight.

Technically right now, the federal govt can go after the states allowing medicinal marijuana use, even though those states passed laws enabling it.

I do believe Holder will make an announcement soon, and as much as i would like full legalization for recreational use, i highly doubt that will happen.

The hope is that he allows the states freedom to decide on their own, without fear that the feds are going to come after them down the road.

However, i do believe medicinal marijuana will be allowed nationwide, states will govern it tho.
