If Spencer has harassed Wallace since that warrant's issuance, why hasn't Wallace gone to his VA kangaroo court and told them so?

What is Wallace waiting on?

Why did Wallace fight the PPO, but still denies that the TPO was violated by him 400+ times? And the Spencers violated the TPO not at all.

Occam's Razor indicates that Wallace has NO substantive proof other than his whining to the lowest level VA court judge...

Or is Wallace just waiting for the Feds to show up at his door due to his cyberbullying of the Spencers so he can do a perp walk for his neighbors?
