If Holder says that the feds will let the states do what they wish and will not interfere it would be a HUGE deal. Not quite as big as legalization but still HUGE.

Holder has said a statement is coming "Soon". I'm not naive enough to think that means today or even next week but it will surely be in the next couple of months and not a year or two.

Even with that news, I wouldn't expect MJNA to go to $10 but it sure could reach dollar land
