I agree with you that it's a ways off until we see any real price jump, at least a couple, possibly maybe even 3-5 months away; however, I disagree with your outlook on the need for such IP when the NSA publicly broadcasts $BILLIONS$ for the company who gets them this technology. Mind you, the NSA was referring to the LI patent that VP already has. 2 $Bill for VP would be close to a $6.00 share price.
